Virginia K. Henson: Senior Paralegal & Firm Administrator

Virginia Henson brings organization, empathy, and years of probate and estate planning experience to every Hopkins Law client.

The Steady Hand Supporting Your Case

Virginia is passionate about litigation and protecting the rights of vulnerable adults. Her interest in the law was sparked early. While still in high school, she participated in an intensive trial preparation program at Stanford University, an experience that opened her eyes to the power of advocacy and cemented her love for the trial process.

Growing up in New Jersey, Virginia moved to Florida during her teenage years, where she studied Political Science at Florida State University. She began her paralegal career in 2019, diving into insurance litigation on both the plaintiff and defense sides, where she gained experience in complex business litigation and appellate work. In 2021, she transitioned to estate planning and probate, discovering her true calling in helping families during some of their most difficult moments.

Today, at Hopkins Law PLLC, Virginia handles both estate planning and probate litigation matters. She works on complex cases involving financial exploitation of vulnerable adults, trust disputes, property ownership conflicts, and estate administration, while also helping clients create comprehensive estate plans. As the first voice clients hear when they call the firm, Virginia takes pride in providing compassionate guidance from the very first conversation, ensuring that families feel heard and supported as they navigate these important legal matters.

Family has always been central to Virginia's life, and her desire to be closer to loved ones brought her to Arizona. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, cooking, and practicing yoga. She also loves exploring Arizona's natural beauty with her dog, Vito, whether it's hiking a new trail or simply enjoying the desert sunset.
